Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cups sliced strawberries (can use frozen, pre thaw and drain excess juice)
    2 small to medium bananas sliced into 1/4 inch slices
    4 tbsp Splenda Brown sugar Blend (divided)
    1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
    3/4 tsp Vanilla extract
    2/3 cups Quaker Insant Oatmeal
    1/4 All purpose Flour
    Butter flavored cooking spray

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degress.
Spray a small baking dish with butter flavored cooking spray.
Slice your strawberries and bananas. Combine with 6 tsp of Splenda blend, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Fill baking dish with mixture.
Combine oatmeal, flour, and 6 tsp of Splenda blend.
Sprinkle on top of fruit mixture.
Spray lightly with butter flavored cooking spray.
Bake in preheated oven for 30-45 minutes until bubbly and crisp on top.
