Ingredients

    5 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin
    1 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    .1250 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1 cup (not packed) Raisins
    .25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1.3 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
    0.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    .5 tsp Salt
    2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    .5 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    .5 cup Butter, salted
    .5 cup, chopped Pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Slice apples until you have enough to fill a 9" x 13" baking dish. Mix the apples in a bowl with lemon juice, cinnamon, flour, and raisins (top of ingredients list). Return them to the baking dish, adding enough water (or apple juice) to cover the bottom.

Mix the remaining ingredients (Topping) in a bowl and press onto top of apples. Bake for 25 minutes, or until apples are soft.

Serves 10.
