My version of beef stew. My version of beef stew.

Ingredients

    6 medium Carrots, raw
    4 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    16 oz Beef, round steak
    32 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 tbsp Basil
    2 tsp Oregano, ground
    1 tsp Rosemary, dried
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    2 tsp Paprika
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tbsp Fish Sauce
    9 serving Baby Dutch Yellow Potatoes (by JCALVERT77)

Tips

Flour or corn starch may be added to thicken stock.


Directions

Cook beef until tender, add potatoes and carrots about 30 minutes. Add celery and onion and seasonings, cook until desired tenderness.
