Ingredients

    8 oz Ground beef, lean
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    .05 tsp Salt (table) (by CYNDYY1)
    .05 tsp Garlic Salt
    1 serving Canned Mushrooms (small) 6.5oz =100gram of just mushrooms
    .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    8 tbsp Sour Cream, reduced fat
    1.05 cup Cream of Mushroom Soup

Directions

Mix all ingredients except oil and sour cream and soup.
form mixture into large patties. Place oil in frying pan and place over high heat, brown patties on each side, then lower heat, cover and let cook until done, 10 to 15 min. Heat soup and sour cream and pour over patties when serving
