Ingredients

    1 cup pieces Mushrooms, fresh
    180 gram(s) PC Free From (hormones & antibiotics) Sliced Honey Ham (58 gram/3 slice serving)
    500 gram(s) Burnbrae Farms Naturegg Simply Egg Whites (1/4c= 63g= 2 whites)
    4 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)

Tips

I serve these with either Bakestone Brothers thins (costco) or weight watchers thins. I cut 15g of old cheddar cheese and microwave for 2min and put it on a toasted thin for a filling, low calorie breakfast.


Directions

Spray lasagna pan with Pam. Line with ham first. Then add diced o nion and mushrooms. Pour 500ml carton of egg whites, top with seasoning salt and bake at 350 for 60min. Cool, cut and store.
