    74.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
    2.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    5.0 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Crushed Tomatoes
    1.0 serving Sauce, KC Masterpiece Barbecue sauce (2 tbsp)
    3.0 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard
    1.0 tbsp Chili powder
    1.0 tsp Cumin seed
    2.0 tsp Garlic Salt

Directions

Spray large skillet with cooking spray Chop and add all vegetables to the hot pan Cook until slightly softened Add ground turkey and cook until brown Add all seasonings, crushed tomatoes and corn and simmer for a few minutes then serve
