A low carb donut that tastes AWESOME! A low carb donut that tastes AWESOME!
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    1/4 Cup - Almond Flour
    1/4 Cup - Oat Fiber
    3 large Eggs - seperated
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1/4 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Vanilla
    1/4 tsp Cinnamon
    2 tbsp Cocoa
    1 1/2 Cups Stevia (or low carb sweetener of your choice)
    1/4 cup Butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 325* and prepare your mini donut baking pan by spraying it with coconut oil cooking spray and set aside... Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form & set aside... in a small bowl combine egg yolks, sweetener, butter, & vanilla and whisk until blended... Combine all of the dry ingredients in a sifter and sift to blend together... Gently fold egg yolk mixture into whipped egg whites and then slowly fold in the dry ingredients until well blended... Using a pipping bag, pipe the batter into the prepared donut molds. Bake at 325* for 12-15 min... Allow to cool for 5 min. then remove from the donut pan to a cooling rack to cool completely...
