Ingredients

    2 cup (1 serving) Post Bran Flakes Cereal
    4 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)
    2 tbsp Coconut Oil
    .5 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .5 cup choboni greek nonfat yogurt (by GLENDATOWNES)
    8 oz Motts unsweetened Applesauce
    .5 tbsp Vanilla Extract
    .33 cup Honey
    .5 cup Great Value Instant Nonfat Dry Milk Powdered
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    .25 cup, chopped Walnuts
    0.25 cup almonds, raw (1/4 c. = 32 almonds)
    .5 cup, packed Raisins

Directions

preheat oven 350
In large bowl crush bran flakes then add oatmeal, coconut oil, cinnamon & mix well.
With mixer, mix egg in separate large bowl. Add yogurt, applesauce, vanilla, honey & milk powder, mix well. Add baking power & soda & mix well.
With mixer slowly add bran flake mix to yogurt mix.
After mixed well stir in nuts & raisins.

Spread out in baking pain & bake for 16-20 min (depending on your oven. Cool & cut into 12 squares.
