Ingredients

    Half a large container fat free or 1% cottage cheese
    half a large container fat free sour cream
    2 tsps Taco seasoning
    1 small or half a large head of iceberg lettuce
    1 cup cheddar cheese
    1 can of black beans or
    1 can of black olives
    1 cup prepared salsa

Directions

Chop lettuce and place in dish
spread salsa over lettuce
spread either beans or olives over salsa
mix together cottage cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning and spread over beans or olives
sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Serve with Tortilla chips or soft tortillas (not accounted for in calorie count)
