Ingredients

6 cup Jello Brand Gelatin Cherry
4 cup, chopped Cranberries
15 cup, with pits, yields Sweet Cherries
8 serving Xylitol Granules - Serving Size (1 tbsp)
(Stevia may be a better low cal. sweetener)
Tips
This recipe is tart, so more sweetener may be desired.
This recipe can also be lower in calories if sugar free jello is used instead of regular jello.
Directions
Bring water to boil in large pot then remove and cool slightly.
Whisk in jello powder and xylitol, let cool to room temperature.
Put in cranberries and cherries mix and let cool in refrigerator until firm. 2+ hours.
