Ingredients

    1.5 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
    .75 tsp Baking Powder
    .25 tsp Salt
    1 tsp. Cinnamon
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    13 oz 365 Organic Almond Milk Unsweetened
    1 tsp Maple extract, Imiitation - Watkins 8/14 (by ALILDUCKLING)
    3 tsp Pyure Organic Stevia all-purpose sweetener (by DBEAU57)
    1.5 tbsp Coconut Oil
    2 cup Blueberries, fresh

Tips

You can add vanilla or almond flavoring if you don't like maple.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a small casserole dish (I use a 9x6x2) with non-stick spray. Mix oats , baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Place 1/2 oat mix on the bottom of the dish. put 1/2 the berries next, then the rest of the oats followed by the remainder of the fruit. Mix milk, eggs, maple flavoring and melted coconut oil. Pour over the oats and fruit. Jiggle the dish around to settle the liquid. Bake for about 30 minutes or until oats are tender and center is set.
