Ingredients

    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
    1 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    1 grams Flour, white

Directions

Boiled the vegetables than put them in the mixer. In a pan put the butter with flour and mix it add it to the vegetables stalk and the add the vegetables to it
