Introduction

Ingredients

45 grams Butter, salted
15 grams Canola Oil
80 grams Granulated Sugar
1 egg yolk
1 cap Vanilla Extract
1 cap coffee liquor
3 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
30 grams Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
1/4 tsp salt
1 oz Walnuts
For Frosting
15 grams Butter, salted
15 mL Half and Half Cream
30 grams semi sweet Chocolate Candy, chopped
1 cap coffee liquor
Directions
Measure 1 oz walnuts or pecans and put in cold oven.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Remove nuts when they are toasted and chop.
Grease 3 heart shaped mini baking dishes with 3 grams of butter.
Microwave:
15 grams oil
45 grams butter in cereal bowl at HIGH for 30 seconds or until butter is melted.
Remove bowl from microwave and stir in sugar and chocolate. Stir in egg yolk and vanilla. Stir in flour and nuts.
Spread batter into prepared pans.
Bake for 12 minutes (do not overbake).
For Frosting:
Put 15 grams of butter and half and half in small dish. Microwave for 30 seconds or until it boils. Stir in chocolate until it is mixed in and shiny.
Pour over brownies while still hot.
