Introduction

I make this Italian dinner with a salad made from mixed greens, artichoke hearts, bell peppers, and balsamic vinaigarette. Its a keeper because its healthy, delicious, easy, and the whole family loved it! Ingredients

    1 lb Spaghetti (use whole wheat to get more fiber and nutrients)
    Trader Joe's Piccata Sauce
    3-4 cans of water-packed tuna
    salt

Directions

Boil a pot with enough water to cook the spaghetti, apply salt liberally to water. Cook pasta as instructed, then drain. After it drains, dump it back into the pot, pour the sauce and dump the drained tuna over the noodles, mix, and enjoy!
