Ingredients

    Banana, fresh, .66 cup, mashed
    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, unpacked
    Grapeseed Oil, .33 cup
    Egg, fresh, 4 large, beaten

    Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    Organic Barley flour, 1 cup
    Bob's Red Mill Natural Raw Wheat Germ, 8 tbsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
    water, .5 cup

    Raisins, 1 cup, packed
    Walnuts, 1.25 cup, chopped


Directions

Blend Brown Sugar into Mashed Banana. Mix in Oil and then Beaten Eggs. Combine Flours, Wheat Germ, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, and Cinnamon and Blend this dry mixture into the Banana mixture, adding water at end. Stir in Raisins and Chopped Walnuts. Prepare 9x13 pan with butter and flour. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, til browned and a toothpick comes out clean. Cool and then cut into four long strips and eight across making 32 pieces.
