Ingredients

    30.0 tbsp Egg beaters all natural egg whites
    4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    12.0 serving Butterball Turkey Bacon (1 slice)
    1.5 serving Jimmy Dean Hearty Turkey Sausage Crumbles (1/2 c)
    116.0 Grams Zucchini
    56.0 Grams Onions, raw
    2.0 clove Garlic

Directions

Saute small diced zucchini, onion and garlic. Spray muffin tins with cooking spray. Wrap one turkey bacon around the muffin cup. Divide sauted veggies among the muffin tins. Divide turkey sausage among the muffin tins. Whisk egg beaters and eggs together and divide among muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until done.
