Ingredients

    2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    3 cup Oat Meal (Quaker Oats - Old Fashioned - dry)
    16 tbsp Chocolate chips, Hershey's milk chocolate
    16 tbsp Cinnamon Mini Baking Chips (15 g) (by JO_JO_BA)
    1 cup Butter, unsalted
    1 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    8 tbsp Stevia Blend for Baking (by AUDMKAMP)
    2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    6 tsp Baking Soda
    .5 tsp Salt
    1 cup, chopped Walnuts
    2 tbsp vanilla

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a small bowl and set aside. In a large bowl, cream together butter, sugars, and vanilla. Beat eggs into creamed mixture. Add flour mixture a little at a time until fully incorporated. Add chocolate and cinnamon chips and walnuts and mix well. Add oats and mix again. Drop onto ungreased baking sheet about 2 inches apart using a 2 tbsp scoop. Bake for 10-11 minutes. Let cool slightly on pan before moving to rack to cool completely. Store in air tight container to retain moisture.

Serving Size: Makes 5 dozen cookies with 2tblsp scoop
