Introduction

The Recipe says Montreal Steak Spice, but I used their Chicken Spice. The Recipe says Montreal Steak Spice, but I used their Chicken Spice.

Ingredients

    3 large boneless/skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips or chunks
    2 tbsps olive oil
    1 1/2 tsps Montreal Chicken Spice
    1 cup each:
    chopped or sliced green pepper
    chopped or sliced red pepper
    chopped onion
    chopped broccoli
    frozen or fresh green beans or snap peas

Directions

Saute chicken in olive oil and Chicken Spice until well done, then remove and set aside. Stir fry vegetables all together in remaining oil until done, but slightly crisp. Add sprinkles of water if pan seems too dry as the veggies are cooking. Serve with rice if desired. Soy sauce makes a nice seasoning as well.
