Ingredients

    8 tbs good balsamic vinegar
    1 tbs good extra virgin olive oil
    1 tsp dijon mustard
    1 tbs good raspberry jam
    (calories above are approximates based on jam used)
    salt and pepper to taste
    dash of thyme
    dash of chopped rosemary

    (note: dijon mustard has quite a bit of sodium, if you're watching sodium don't add additional salt, it really doesn't need it)(

Directions

Combine all ingredients in small container

Shake really really well ( it's gotta burn a few calories shaking the container)

Pour over salad..

    Very Good
    I used frozen mixed berries, no sugar, heated in the microwave instead of the jam. Used this over steamed broccoli and some left over for salads later - 7/4/14
