Introduction

The best of two worlds.. Buffalo chicken and Crack Slaw! The best of two worlds.. Buffalo chicken and Crack Slaw!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 lbs Ground chicken
    2 bags shredded Cabbage
1/4 cup Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
    3 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 tbsp Grapeseed Oil
3 oz sweet Onion (white onion is fine)
1/2 cup Kraft Roka Blue Cheese Dressing
1/2 cup Celery (3-4 stalks) thin sliced

Tips

I like using pre-shredded cabbage to cut down on prep time. You're welcome to shred a medium head of cabbage yourself if you like. This isn't very spicy, you can add more (or less) to your liking. I'm a Keto addict so no rice for me, but everyone else loves it over rice. Bleu Cheese would be divine crumbled over the top (not included in nutritional info)!

Directions

Heat oil in a large pan. Add chicken and onions and sautee till the chicken is cooked through. Then add the butter and Franks sauce, mix thoroughly. Add both bags of shredded cabbage and mix again. Continue cooking until the cabbage is to you're desired doneness. Add celery at the end just to warm through, this will add crunch. Blue Cheese dressing is the final step, add and stir off the heat. Salt and pepper at each step to your liking.
