    4.0 cup, chopped Kale
    4.0 cup pieces Mushrooms, fresh
    4.0 cup Asparagus, fresh
    20.0 unit 2 large or 5 small Scallops, raw
    0.5 cup Butter, salted
    2.0 fl oz Lemon Juice
    Taragon to taste

Directions

Sautee all the veggatables in 1/2 of the butter add the lemon juice and set aside in another pan sear the scallops with the remaining butter combine at the end
