    4 serving Nutricost MCT Oil Powder (1 svg = 1 scoop/10gm)
    1 cup Butter, salted
    1 packet Crystal Light Raspberry Ice - (8 serving packet dry)
    4 tbsp cocoa powder, Hersheys Special Dark, unsweetened

Tips

MCT powder could be left off if you don't have any. Deduct 7 calories and 1 fat / bomb


Directions

Soften cream cheese, coconut oil and butter
Add MCT powder, cocoa powder and Crystal Light
Beat with electric beater until smooth
