Ingredients

16 oz Tri-Colored Rotini, cooked and rinsed
    1/3 cup Ranch dressing
    2/3 cup Italian dressing
6 oz jar of green olives, drained and chopped
large Cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped
    16 oz Ham, chopped
4 oz pepper jack cheese, finely diced
    2 Green Bell Peppers

Tips

Swap out these ingredients with whatever meat/cheese/veggies your family enjoys. I have personally made several variations of this dish, but always keep the tri-colored pasta and the dressing the same.

Directions

Cook pasta, then rinse immediately with cold water to stop the cooking process. Once cool and well drained toss in a large bowl with Ranch and Italian dressing. Store in the fridge while you chop all remaining ingredients. Stir in veggies/meat/cheese, then chill for at least two hours for best results, (but it could be served immediately if you just can't wait!)

Enjoy!
