4 cherry tomatoes
1/2 a small onion

1 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of low fat yogurt
1/2 a lemon
1/2 a lime

Directions
Heat the sweet corn in the microwave.
while the sweet corn is heating, chop up the tomatoes and onions together. When sweet corn is heated up up, put the tomato and onion salad on a plate. Open tun fish can and put on plate next to the salad. Add sweat corn to the plate.
* If you wish you can mix the tomatoes, onions, tuna fish and sweet corn together, but I think it's better to leave the sweet corn tuna fish separate from the onions and tomatoes.
To make the dressing, take a cup add olive oil and lemon and lime together and mix. Then add the pickle and mix. Then add the yogurt.
