Ingredients

24 oz Chicken tenders (GS)
2 tbsp., 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 serving fresh mushrooms, sliced (0.25 cup)
2 serving Fresh Green Beans (1 cup)
HOMEMADE GREEK DRESSING
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon
2 serving Garlic, minced in jar (1/2 tsp= 1 clove) (by DIRTYLAWNGUY)
1 tsp Dried Oregano (by ARCTIC.ORCA)
.5 tsp Salt
.5 tsp Pepper, black
2 serving honey (raw, trader joes, organic) (1 tbs)
3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
8 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)
Directions
1. Saute mushrooms in large sauté pan with 1 tsp of the oil, until just browning. Remove from pan, set aside
2. Heat 1 Tbsp oil over medium-high heat, add green beans. Continue to sauté until green beans are cooked , but crunchy. Remove from pan, set aside
3. Heat remaining 1 Tbsp. oil over medium high heat. Add chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook 3-4 minutes each side and remove once browned and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, lowering heat to medium, add your homemade greek dressing, honey, balsamic vinegar. Heat and stir until bubbling.
5. Add back in the mushrooms and green beans , then toss.
6.Add the cooked chicken and fresh tomatoes. Stir for a minute or 2 to combine flavors & enjoy
