Introduction

Power-Up with lots of super good for you hydration. Power-Up with lots of super good for you hydration.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    40 oz empty water bottle
    38 oz filtered water
1 oz (2 tbsp) ginger juice
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar ACV (with mother)
    1 serving Emergen C 1000 mg Vitamin C
1 serving liquid collagen (applied nutrition)
1 serving True lemon raspberry lemonade

Tips

You can make your own ginger juice by blitzing a thumb sized nob of ginger in water - strain through a mesh sieve and store in the refrigerator in a squirt bottle (makes for easy measurement). Just be sure to shake your ginger juice well prior to measuring out.

You could also use the juice of 1 lemon in lieu of the Emergen-C and True Lemon Lemonaide mix. Taste — add some stevia if needed. Account for the reduction of calories - minus 35 calories for Emergen-C and minus 10 calories for the True Lemon drink mix.

The liquid collagen I use is appliednutrition brand and = 25 calories. Take your collagen with vitamin C so that it is more readily absorbed.

Directions

To a 40oz water bottle, add ginger juice, ACV, Emergen-C, liquid collagen and true lemon drink mix. Fill remaining space with filtered water. Put a lid on and shake, shake. Power Up! Enjoy.
