Ingredients

    1 lb lean Shoulder Steak
    2 large Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange), sliced
    1/2 medium Onion, sliced thin
    2 cloves Garlic, minced
    4 tbsp low sodium Tamari or Soy Sauce
    1 tbsp Garlic powder
    2 tbsp Chili powder
    1 tbsp Cumin seed
    2 sprays Olive Oil Cooking Spray

Tips

This is great served alone, on tortillas or with rice. For fajitas or burritos, top with fat free shredded cheddar, plain greek yogurt, and salsa.


Directions

Marinate the steak in the Tamari and seasonings for at least 30 minutes. Grill or broil until medium well. Slice thin.

Spray a skillet with cooking spray. Saute the veggies over med-hi heat until crisp-tender.

Place peppers, onions and steak on a platter and serve.

Serving Size: Enough to fill eight fajita sized tortillas
