Ingredients

    8 serving Pillsbury reduced fat cresent rolls (1 roll) (by 7DUSTED)
    8 oz Cream Cheese Fat Free (Great Value)
    1 cup Brocolli raw
    1 cup Cauliflower, raw
    .5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1 tsp Ranch Dip Mix Hidden Valley Ranch
    3 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream

Tips

swap veggies out for your favorites.
may add a sprinkle of favorite cheese.
taste dip before adding, you may want more or less ranch mix.
cook time is only about 15 min, but it needs to cool before finishing.


Directions

place dough on parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 350 for about 15 min or until browned. set aside and cool. soften cream cheese and mix cream cheese, sour cream and ranch mix. spread cream cheese mixture on dough then add chopped veggies and shredded carrots. refrigerate and serve cold.
