Introduction

Great for an "on hand" quick breakfast when prepared ahead of time. I got this recipe from a site called Complete Recipes and cut it in half since I am cooking Keto for one :) Great for an "on hand" quick breakfast when prepared ahead of time. Ingredients

    4 oz Cream Cheese
    6 serving Golden Hen Eggs Aldi (by E17737)
    0.125 cup chopped green onion tops (by LAST_TIME_OUT)
    0.5 cup Aldi's Happy Farms Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese (1/4 C)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 8 X 8 pan greased . Brown sausage and drain excess grease. Press sausage into the bottom of pan. Break cream cheese into pieces and evenly distribute on top of sausage. Sprinkle with onions and peppers. Pour eggs over the sausage mixture. Add shredded cheese to the top.

Bake for 25 minutes, until eggs are just set. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before cutting.

Serving Size: 8" x 8" baking dish cut into 9 pieces --
