    8 Chicken Breasts
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
    2 cups Chicken Broth
    1 cup rice


Oil the sides and bottom of slow cooker. Put garlic, rosemary and chicken broth over chicken. Cook on low 4-6 hours. Add rice the last 45 minutes.

  • Excellent! Even my picky husband loved it......the only suggestion? We doubled the amount of garlic (we both have a love affair with the bulb). Otherwise, perfect as is! - 10/8/07
