Ingredients

    240 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (Gluten Free)--1/2 C dry = 48g
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 serving siggis skyr yogurt blueberry (by KOLIVIAJ)
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    .75 cup, packed Raisins (optional)
    .5 cup, chopped Pecans (optional)

Directions

Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon in a bowl.
Mash bananas and mix in eggs, yogurt and vanilla. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Add any optional items (raisins, pecans). Grease muffin tin. Bake at 350-degrees F for 12-15 minutes.
