    1.0 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry
    3.0 tbsp chia seed.
    12.0 oz Great Value - Organic Soy Milk, Vanilla
    2.0 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
    1.0 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh

Directions

Mash banana and mix all ingredients. Refrigerate over night and top in the morning.
