Ingredients

    2 Med Sweet potatoes, peeled & cubed
    1 med Onions, diced
    4 cups Chicken Broth
    4 cups chopped Kale
    2 cans Cannellini Beans White Kidney Beans
    1 tbs minced garlic
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 ground pepper
    1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
    1 tsp ground ginger
    1 tsp ground coriander

Directions

Add all but kale to crock pot & cook on low. Mash up potatoes in the soup when done, they add kale to wilt.
