Introduction

So good So good
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Sauce;
    3 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
4 cloves of Garlic (finely chopped)
    1 tbsp Heavy whipping cream
    1/8 tsp Xanthan gum
1/2 cup Cheese, Shredded Italian Style
    3/4 tsp Himalayan salt
    1/4 tsp Pepper, black
    1/8 tsp Nutmeg, ground

    Pasta:
    2 pkgs Shiritaki noodles
    1 tbsp butter, unsalted
    1 pinch Himalayan salt

    Toppings:
1 1/2 cup Chicken - Boneless & Skinless Breast (cooked, chopped)
1 cup Broccoli - Fresh Steamed (chopped)
    6 pieces Bacon (crumbled)
    1/4-1/2 cup Italian cheese blend

Directions

Sauce: 1. Melt butter in a small sauce pan on medium heat, then add garlic and saute until fragrant but not brown. 2. Add the heavy cream and heat through while stirring, don't bring to a boil. 3. Lower the heat and sprinkle in the glucomannan‎ (or xanthan gum) a bit at a time while whisking. 4. Add the salt, pepper and nutmeg. 5. Sprinkle in the cheese to melt a bit at a time, mixing well. 6. Set aside and keep warm (can be made ahead and reheated slowly). Pasta: 1. Remove the noodles from their packages and rinse well in a colander. I usually snip them in half with kitchen shears so the noodles aren't quite so long. 2.Transfer them to a microwave safe covered dish and microwave for 2 minutes. 3.Rinse in the colander again. 4. Microwave and then rinse again. 5.Meanwhile, heat your butter in a large skillet. 6. Saute the noodles in the butter until coated and heated through, sprinkle with salt. 7. Transfer the noodles to your serving dish and cover to keep warm. Putting it Together: 1. Pour the warm sauce over the noodles. 2. Top with chicken, broccoli and bacon. 3.Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
