Ingredients

    287 grams Onions, raw
    252 grams Red Ripe Tomatoes
    1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers)
    1.5 cup BEANS, Italian cut green bean, publix
    15 oz Boneless Stewing Beef--choice chuck
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    4 tsp Garlic, Minced, SPICE WORLD (1tsp/5g) (by KAIBREEZE)
    1 tsp Corriander (by GRAMMYFIT)
    .5 tsp Cloves, ground
    1 tsp Cardamom, ground
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 tsp Allspice
    1 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    1 tsp Paprika
    40 grams Cilantro, raw
    1 pepper Hot Chili Peppers
    2 tsp Pepper, black

Tips

There are multiple recipes for Baharat spice on the web. Try several.
Can use chicken but cook large pieces and remove when done so it doesn't overcook. Shred and return when veggies are done.

Can make vegetarian. Use large chunks of carrots, eggplant, squash


Directions

Mince beef.
Dice onions, peppers and tomatoes separately.

Heat EVOO in heavy Dutch oven. Add beef and spices. Stir until browned.
Add onion and cook until onions soften.
Add peppers, cook until softened.
Add tomatoes and garlic.
Stir and add beans.
Add 1 whole very hot chili pepper! Do not cut.

Cook until liquid is almost gone.
Remove hot pepper.

Serve on rice or cauliflower rice.
