Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup Cauliflower, shredded & steamed
    56 grams (1/2 cup) Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1/2 tap oregano
    1 tsp garlic powder

Directions

Shred cauliflower in food processor and steam in microwave for 6 inutes.Mix 1 cup of it with the mozzarella, spices, and egg. Pat evenly into 9" pie dish.
Bake 10-15 minutes in 350 degree oven.
