Ingredients

    Baked Pie Crust
    Approx. 10 medium peaches
    1 cup water
    1/2 cup sugar
    pinch salt
    2 tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 package peach jello (approx. 1/4 cup)

Directions

Slice fresh peaches in baked pie crust and sprinkle with a little cinnamon. Bring water, sugar, salt and cornstarch to a boil. When thick add 1/2 package peach jello. While hot pour over peaches in a pie crust. Let cool and put in the fridge to set.
