Ingredients

    Rice flour, white, .5 cup
    *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified, 1 cup
    Soji / Crem of wheat, 150 gram(s) 3/4 to 1 cup.
    Jalapeno Peppers, 2 pepper
    *Cumin seed, .5 tsp
    Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)
    Red Onions, raw, .25 medium (2-1/2" dia) optional
    Frozen peas 1/2 cup ( optional - not included in nutritional value)
    Cashew pieces 1/2 cup ( optional - not included in Nutritional value)
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Olive oil 9 tsps. ( 1/2 tsp each)

Directions

Mix everything together to make a thin battere and pour on a hot greased grill. When the bottom of the crepe is browned, fold twice and serve hot with chutney. You can turn over if you like,but unnecessary. It will be crispy as it is. Make sure the batter is thin or add some more water. Makes 18 or so dosas.
