6 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
    16 oz Ground beef

Tips

I used 3 large potatoes and half a pepper

Directions

Cut 4 squares of heavy duty aluminum foil about 12 inches. chop potatoes in 1/2 inch cubes, chop bell pepper(you could use red or yellow peppers) Mix all ingredients in one bowl, Divide mixture evenly between the foil squares placing on right half, Then fold in edges 1/2 inch, fold again, leaving some space for heat to circulate inside the pouch. Place on baking sheet, Bake at 450 degrees for 35 minutes. Use scissors to cut cross in pouch(I didn't need to) being careful as steam is released.
