    1 matzo cracker (33 g)
    0.25 cup pizza sauce (I used Ragu Tomato, Garlic, & Onion sauce)
    0.33 cup 2% mozzarella shredded cheese
    2 T chopped green peppers
    1 T chopped onion
    1 T chopped tomato


Put matzo cracker on microwaveable safe plate. Spread pizza sauce evenly on cracker. Sprinkle veggies next. Put in microwave for 30 seconds. Remove from microwave and sprinkle on cheese. Put back in the microwave and cook until cheese is melted, about 1-2 minutes.
Makes 1 serving.

Add any veggies that you would like. You could also break/cut the matzo into half or quarter it to make a nice, easy snack.
