Ingredients

3 Tbs. olive oil
3 Tbs. lemon juice
3 tsp. redwine vinegar
2 tsp. rosemary
2 tsp. splenda
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. black pepper
12 tsp. salt
1 lb. chicken, boneless/skinless, cut into cubes.
1 zuccini, sliced 1" rounds
1 red onion, cut into quarters
1 red bell pepper, cut into 1 1/2" chunks
1 yellow pepper, cut into 1 1/2" chunks
Skewers, to place all ingredients on.
Directions
Combine the marinade ingredients & reserve 1/4 c. Pour emaining into Ziploc Bag, place chopped items including chicken inside, seal & place in frig over night or at least an hr.
Discard bagged marinade; thread on skewers attractively & securely. Pre-soak wooden skewers prior to use! metal works best!
Preheat oven or grill to high- 375* if baking. Reduce heat after placing on grill or oven. Close grill & cook 4-5 min. till chicken is done & veg. are tender, about 20 min. by oven.
