    4.0 serving Chicken - Boneless & Skinless Breast (4 ounces)
    14.0 gram(s) Avocado Oil - Chosen Foods - 1 TBSP
    1.0 clove Garlic
    0.25 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes
    0.25 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream

Directions

Season chicken with salt, pepper and italian seasoning. Heat oil in saute pan add chicken and brown in both sides. Add tomato, garlic and cream and simmer until sauce thickness to your liking.
