Ingredients

    150 gram(s) Penne Rigate Barilla (by MBELLABARBA)
    7.5 serving Light thickened cream (1 serv= 20ml) (by OFEDEOZ)
    310 grams Sweet Corn, Fresh
    1 serving Peas, frozen 2/3 cup frozen C & W
    1 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    1 dash Salt
    1 dash Pepper, black
    2 serving Lactose Free Cheese (by HIKAROO)

Tips

Also can add some crushed garlic for flavour
when waiting the pasta to cook start the other part of the dish


Directions

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Cook the penne in salted boiling water for about 13-16 minutes
Drain and set aside
In a pan add a dash of oil and start cooking the chicken until golden brown .
remove and add the finely cut onion until its softened.
Add the cream and simmer for 2 - 3 minutes
then add the corn, peas, chicken, some cheese and season with salt and pepper.
cook for a few more minutes and then transfer the mixture into a baking dish and add the remaining cheese on top.
place under the oven for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown,
and then serve
