Ingredients

    0.50 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    0.75 tsp Granulated Sugar
    3 tsp Hidden Valley Ranch Dip mix (powder only)
    1 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
    100 gram(s) Uncle Ben's Converted Long Grain Rice per 30g dry serving
    2 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning
    1 tsp ground Cumin
    100 grams Cilantro, raw
    .33 tbsp Butter, salted

Tips

Add veggies or black beans part way through cooking if desired.

Really good topped with a dollop of sour cream!


Directions

Combine all ingredients and simmer on low until rice is cooked. Apprioximately 30min. Top wirh cilantro. We eat this as a side to chicken fajitas.
