Ingredients

    1 1/4 cup raspberries
    3 T chia seeds
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3 T Swerve
    1/4 cup water

Tips

Try this recipe with strawberries or mixed berries. If using frozen berries, thaw completely and drain first.


Directions

Mash berries into a lumpy puree. Add the rest of the ingredients. Pour into a storage container with lid. Refrigerate until set, at least two hours. Mix again before serving.
