Ingredients

    1 can Pink Salmon (canned)
1 package (10 oz) yields Spinach, frozen
3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 tbsp Garlic powder
    1 tbsp Onion powder
    1 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground)
    1 tsp Pepper, black
1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt (by DVILL818)
60 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g

Tips

I used 3 eggs because I like my cakes to be fluffier, but be free to subtract, if you prefer less egg. Also, I estimated the measurements for the seasonings since I usually eyeball this part of it. So, please add or subtract to your taste.

Directions

Defrost spinach in a microwave safe bowl or thaw. Drain salmon, remove skin and bones if desired. Mix all ingredients together and form 6-8 salmon cakes. Heat vegetable oil to 375 degrees. Fry until golden brown.
