Ingredients

    2 cup Blackberries
    0.75 cup Chopped Onions
    0.5 cup Chopped Pecans
    2.5 cups Red Wine
    4 servings Whole Wheat Penne Pasta
    1 Red Apple
    1/3 cup Balsamic Vinegarette Dressing

Directions

Cook penne as indicated on package. Peel and chop apple, and boil it in red wine. Add onion, half pecans, and half balsamic vinegarette. Toss together red wine mixture, pasta, and remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for up to 5 days. Serving Size: Makes 5 bowls
