1 2/3 cup canned full fat Coconut Milk (13.6 oz can)
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 1/4 cup Blueberries
Stevia - a few drops or to desired taste
Vanilla - a few drops or to desired taste
Tips
Vanilla flavored stevia can be substituted for the vanilla and stevia.
Directions
Stir together the chia seeds and coconut milk.
Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes until chia seeds soften.
Mix or swirl in pureed fruit.
Pour into ice pop molds.
Freeze for at least 4 hours.
Serving Size: Fills 6 standard size ice pop molds.
