Ingredients

    31 oz Pork bone-in center loin chop
    60 gram(s) Mahatma Extra Long Grain Enriched White Rice, 45g/.25 cup raw uncooked, .75 cup cooked
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2.5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken bouillon

Directions

Season chops (or chicken) as desired, Brown well in 1 tbsp olive oil. Sauté onions and garlic if wanted. Set chops aside. Add 1 more tbsp olive oil and dry rice. Storing well slightly toast rice. Put toasted rice in 9x13 dish. Lay chops on top. Gently add in 2.25 cups chicken broth or bouillon. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Uncover, check chops for fineness and slide back in oven to brown and finish (5-10 minutes more) Serving is roughly 6.25 ounces of chop and 3/4 cup of cooked rice.
