Very tasty and tangy. Ate my cold and I think the quinoa soaked up the dressing quite a bit. Nice lunch option! - 2/15/11

My grocery store stocks quinoa in two locations, 1) near the rice and Near East flavored rice products and 2) in the organic foods isle with the grains. The brand I buy is Bob's Red Mill. I used it instead of brown rice in my stirfry last night. This recpie sounds delicious I will try it. - 1/4/12

Quinoa (pronounced kinda like KEEN-wa) can be found in the bulk foods with things like wheat germ and rice. You might be able to find it in the rice/pasta isle as well. I think bulgar wheat can be substituted instead if it's easier to find.
